Privacy

If you join the waitlist: your email address, the native language you picked, and when you signed up. Nothing else — there is no form field we are not showing you.

If you have an account: your name, your email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.

As you learn: which course you are enrolled in, your progress through lessons, your exercise answers, and the review schedule for each word.

When you talk to your AI partner: a text transcript of the conversation and the written feedback generated from it, so you can read them back. We do not store the audio. We also record how many seconds each session lasted, because voice time is capped.

Feedback you send:what you wrote, plus the context that makes it useful — your account, the language you were using, the course you are studying, your most recent lesson, your subscription status at the time, and your browser's user agent string, so we can tell what device and browser a bug happened on. We keep it until you ask us to delete your account, and it is erased when we do.

We use a small number of companies to run the product. They are:

• Stripe — payments. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep the subscription status they give us back.
• Google — the Gemini models that power the spoken conversation and the feedback on it.
• Resend — sends the few emails we send, such as the notice before a free trial ends.
• Sentry — error reports, so we find out when something breaks.

We do not sell your data, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.

We do count visits, using self-hosted, cookieless analytics that runs on our own machine. It records the page visited, the referring site, and rough country and device — never a name, an email, or anything tied to your account. It sets no cookies, cannot follow you to other sites, and sends nothing to anyone else. It is not on the list above because no one else is involved.

Two, both necessary: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. There are no tracking cookies.

To delete it yourself, right now: sign in and go to your account page. Confirm with your password, and everything attached to the account — progress, review schedule, transcripts and feedback — is gone immediately. This cannot be undone.

To get a copy of what we hold on you, or if you would rather someone else handled it: email contact@adevious.com and ask. We will send you what we hold on you, or delete the account for you the same way.

If you only want off the waitlist, say so and the row goes; we do not keep a copy.
